• Respirable crystalline silica (RCS) exposure (WES 0.05 mg/m³ TWA — recently halved) → silicosis, lung cancer, fatality
• Kickback from blade binding in cut → loss of control and laceration
• Contact with twin blades during operation or run-down → severe laceration or amputation
• Strike of concealed electrical, gas, or water service in wall → electrocution, fire, flooding
• Noise exposure exceeding 100 dB(A) → permanent hearing damage
• Hand-arm vibration syndrome (HAVS) from extended use
• Electrical hazards — frayed cords, water ingress, no RCD protection
• Ejection of fragments and blade pieces
